WhatsApp Becomes World Most Popular Messaging App On Android, says report.

According to data analytics firm SimilarWeb, WhatsApp now owned by Facebook is the most used messaging app in 109 countries.

Are you a Telegram or Viber user and you been wondering why you have get non or few people to message, the answer could lie in new data on the global usage of different messenger apps on Android.

Research from analytics firm SimilarWeb shows that WhatsApp is currently the world leader, being the most popular messaging app in 109 countries. Facebook's owned app is a distant second, topping the charts in 49 different countries.

Some other apps including viber, Line, Wechat, Telegram dominated in their home country, while viber outdid other three by claiming more 10 countries.

    Yeah whatsapp is sleek as a sms replacement but for group chat, I give it to Telegram
